Who qualifies for the minor auto repair Car Care Clinics and the MARS (Major Auto Repair Service) Program? Low to moderate income individuals in need of help with transportation.

Do I have to make an appointment? Yes. An appointment is required and can be set up by filling out a Car Care Clinic tracking application. You will be contacted to discuss your need, and answer questions. Car Care Clinic applicants will be contacted the Tuesday before the clinic to setup your appointment.

How does the minor auto repair Car Care Clinic work? We ask you to buy the parts and we do the labor at no charge.

Do I have to fill out an application each time?  No. Once you register (fill out an application) you will be on file in our data base. When you apply for a new appointment you will be able to add any updated information.

What work do you perform at the minor auto repair Car Care Clinics? Usually any repair that takes less than two hours. Examples: tune-ups, brakes, some front end work, shocks, wheel bearings, starters, wiper blades and motors, window tracks and motors, minor electrical, belts (not timing belts), hoses, oil changes etc.

What is the MARS voucher program? Help with major auto repair service, We help our clients offset the cost of major repairs.

How often can I use this service? The Car Care Clinic is available to any one person every 3 months and once a year for the MARS Program.
