Who qualifies for service? CCC uses Federal Income Guidelines to determine eligibility. Example: If you are single and make up to $33,450.00 or a family of four and make up to $47,750.00 you qualify. click here

Do I have to have an appointment? All service is done by appointment only.

How do I set-up an appointment?
First time clients must register by filling out “New Client Application.” click here.
Registered clients fill out “Service Request” to request service click here

How does the service work? You buy the parts and we do the labor at no charge.
Vehicle must be drivable.

What work do you perform? Some minor repairs are brakes, hoses, belts (not timing belts), oil changes, wiper blades/motors, minor electrical, starters, alternators, struts/shocks and filters. Some major repairs are wheel bearings, strut/shock mounts, some front end work and radiators.

What work do you not do? CCC does not replace or work on the inside of motors or transmissions.

How often can I use this service? Minor repair is available once every three months and major repair once every twelve months. We make exceptions when we need a client to come back to finish the work or in cases of safety issues.

This auto repair service for low to moderate income persons is financed in whole or in part by funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development as administered by the City of Tulsa.
